Improved leave administration functionality
In the ongoing effort to relieve the burden of HR responsibilities, Stiira released improvements across the board to simplify case management and reduce time spent on various tasks.
With our new case recertifications feature, managing ongoing leaves of absence has never been easier. Administrators can initiate a recertification request, establish due dates, set reminders, and manage documentation all in one place to ensure an efficient process for extending employee leave.
Other key improvements include:
- Expanded list of leave types and reasons with options to accommodate new state regulations.
- Mass add hours to a leave calendar with an “add from clipboard” feature that brings your time tracking data into the system with one click of a button.
- Calendar “list” view for improved visibility on mobile devices when referencing upcoming due dates and leave hours.
- Hide (and unhide) cases to “clean up” leave data in the system.
