Paid Leave Oregon forms are available

Paid Leave Oregon went into effect on January 1^st, 2023, and employees can begin to take leave on September 3^rd, 2023. This new law applies to all Oregon employers and grants eligible employees up to 12 weeks of paid time off. Learn more about Paid Leave Oregon in this article.
